Shilpa’s role is studio-focused, leading design processes that direct the trajectory of projects. As an IGBC Accredited Professional, she is deeply involved with assessing benchmarks of innovation and sustainability for the studio’s ongoing work. She focuses on modelling frameworks to develop and execute the firm's tactical priorities. She choreographs and oversees strategic planning and operations and manages pivotal client relations. Shilpa has been a catalyst in seeking new opportunities and empowering the studio's voice by streamlining its communications activities.
